Returns & Exchanges
In-Store Returns
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on consumable products, such as cannabis-infused edibles or slushies, due to health and safety regulations.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 2 days of purchase for an exchange. We’ll be happy to arrange for a replacement.
